In 2025, the 403rd Sea Scouts published a handbook for our use containing mostly materials gathered by Matthew Coe of Kingston (and a former Skipper with the 403rd) and edited to add back some skills material, especially on the water. We hope to revise and reissue it in the next 12 months with much more skills content restored.
